Homemade Butterbeer

Head to the grocery store (or your pantry) for the following items:

1/4 c. sweetened condensed milk

1/4 c. of butterscotch syrup

2 tablespoons of whipped butter (room temp!)

1 1/2 c. Vanilla cream soda

**This only serves 2 people. Plan accordingly.

Mix the condensed milk, butterscotch, and the butter in a glass measuring cup. It doesn’t have to be class, but it should be heatproof.

Put this mixture in the microwave for sixty seconds.

Next, mix the room temperature butter in until it is fully mixed in with the other liquids. Set briefly aside.

Heat your cream soda in the microwave for 90 seconds.

While the mixture is in the microwave, divide the butterscotch toppings between the two mugs (or cups! If you decide to chill and serve this cold)

Add your butterscotch mixture into your mugs of choice, and then throughly stir in the cream soda.

Serve with whipped cream on top!

**Alternatively, you can chill the mixture for a cold treat
